I really love this topic because a lot of men face a lot of challenges in their life because they have decreased testosterone. Of course when they get it boosted back up again they feel great again. It’s estimated that about 30% of men between the ages of 40 and 79 have a decrease in testosterone and what most men are turning to is hormone replacement therapy. As you probably know if you watch my channel by now that i’m always a huge fan of taking the natural route first when boosting testosterone or balancing any hormone for that matter.
So, in this video we’re going to talk about the side effects of having too little testosterone but also what we’re going to two unknown ingredients that have been clinically proven to wildly increase testosterone levels in the body. Let’s dive in. So, when you have a decrease in testosterone life is not the same as you know it first of all. You’re gonna have declined libido, you’re going to have erectile dysfunction, lack of energy, a decrease in physical strength and endurance. So ment typically find that not only in the gym they have a lack of performance but also outside the gym as well.
